Project Identification: For this project, I created a short animation featuring a ball. I employed squash and stretch in this process, as well as other animation features discussed in class.

Storyboard Description: This animation will tell the story of a ball, who is participating in a race with another fellow ball. However, when it seems like the ball is winning, the other player pushes the ball off the track! Luckily, this worked out in the ball's favor, and falls right off the track and to the finish line!
Disney Animation Principles Used:
Squash and Stretch: when the ball bounces from the spiral track, I used squash and stretch to make the bouncing more realistic.
This first image comes from before the ball touches the ground, the second image is from when the ball hits the ground and is squashed, and the final image is from when the ball bounces bad into the air after hitting the ground.
2. Exaggeration: I utilized exaggeration when the yellow ball gets knocked off the spiral track by the purple ball. I used multiple different camera angles to exaggerate the fall, and the timing of the fall is also exaggerated as well.
The three photos the the three different camera shots I included of the yellow ball falling from the track.
3. Anticipation: I used anticipation near the end of the animation, when the yellow ball jumps in victory. Before he jumps up, he squats down to anticipate his jump. After he finishes jumping, he ends with another squat to follow through the jump.
